1. You won’t receive any further confirmation or invoice after the purchase! If the payment shows on your paypal – it’s purchased and will be processed.
2. We are shipping with DHL from Germany normally within the same week of purchase. Delivery can take from 1 up to 4 weeks (depending on your location and customs).
3. Shipments are uninsured (= no tracking number!) – we can’t refund damaged or lost shipments!
4. All DVD’s are NTSC DVD 5, region free and playable on DVD devices worldwide. We can’t reimburse or refund DVD’s that don’t play for any reason.

This is a limited DVD edition. All DVD’s are carton-boxed as a stylish DigiPak and include the film and English subtitles.

The strictly limited “SCOFICIONADO edition” includes the DVD (signed), both posters (folded), 3 movie stills on photo paper and one Vimeo OnDemand link (assignable).
The DVD is signed by John Scofield and Joerg Steineck. The posters are folded – so please take into account that there might be paper breaking in the fold. The 3 stills from the film are printed on photo paper. The Vimeo VOD stream/download link of the film (+ 200 minutes bonus footage), will be send out via email (please contact us if you don’t receive your link after two days).
